These Terms & Conditions govern the usage of Akshat Network Hub (ANH), including Firebase authentication systems, dashboard services, visit history management, diagnostics infrastructure, feedback systems, and all interconnected ANH websites and tools.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any ANH service, dashboard, Firebase authentication system, or related platform, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
2. Authentication & User Accounts
ANH uses Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication for secure user onboarding and dashboard access.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google accounts.
- False information or impersonation is prohibited.
- Profile details submitted by users must remain accurate.
- ANH reserves the right to suspend abusive accounts.
3. Visit History & Analytics
ANH systems may record visit history, navigation flow, device diagnostics, timestamps, previous and next page relationships, and performance metrics to improve platform reliability and troubleshooting.

4. Diagnostics System
The ANH diagnostics engine may temporarily process:
- Current and previous page URLs

This information is used exclusively for diagnostics, analytics, and platform optimization.
5. Feedback System
Users may submit feedback only for pages they have visited within the ANH ecosystem.
- Spam or malicious feedback is prohibited.
- Feedback may be reviewed for quality improvement.
- Submitted feedback becomes part of ANH analytics systems.
6. Privacy & Security
ANH implements Firebase security rules, controlled access systems, authentication validation, and restricted administrative access to protect user data.
Administrative access is limited and governed by ethical, legal, and operational responsibilities.

Unless otherwise specified, ANH projects may operate under the MIT License or custom project-specific licenses.
8. Limitation of Liability
All services are provided “as-is” without warranties. ANH is not responsible for losses, misuse, external service outages, or unauthorized third-party actions.
9. Termination
ANH reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse of systems, attempted exploitation, or illegal activities.
